Loved the beautiful views and the friendly staff at this lodge. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had some nice touches like hot water bottles at night. Food was also good.

I always go back because it's perfect for me. They helped me find transport. Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, airport shuttle, laundry, hiking. I'm coming back this weekend.

Waking up and looking down into the crater every morning was truly breathtaking. the design of the rooms and public areas is thoughtful and unique, with a pebble effect that makes perfect sense. the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, especially for our party members with mobility issues. the sunrise we witnessed during our stay was unforgettable. We also received a special birthday surprise during dinner, which made it a truly memorable experience.

Text: With its magnificent view of the crater and stylish rooms decorated with Maasai cravings, this lodge was a sight to behold. However, I was a bit miffed that the wifi didn't work in my room. Oh well, at least I had the stunning view to keep me entertained.
